• If it has a virus we will tell you what the level of threat is and how we can proceed with removal

This service will warrant that the virus is gone.

1. We Remote in to your PC if possible
2. Determine threat level
3. Onsite Visit if needed to pickup PC
4. We will decide if we need to do a data backup and reinsall or a thorough virus removal
5. We return your PC in proper working order
