  3. Based on what the business owner tells us, we dispatch a tech professional who has a lot of experience fixing similar issues.
  4. On occasion, the problem will magically resolve itself before we have done a thing. (Like we said, machines seem to sense certain situations, as when there is an expert around.) If so, we try to recreate the problem. If the computers are still showing the black screen, we go about addressing the issue as quickly as possible so our client can return to business.
  5. We solve the problem.
  6. We test and re-test the system to make sure the problem does not arise again.
  7. When the issue is resolved to the satisfaction of the client and to our tech professional, we close the ticket and bill the customer for the hours it took to complete the job.
  8. Everyone in the client’s office returns to work.

All in all, it is a straightforward process.
